ORDERING AND SHIPPING POLICY

DOMESTIC SHIPPING (INSIDE CONTINENTAL US) 

Order Processing:

Once your order has been placed, it will be processed and shipped within 2 business days.  If your order is placed after 1 PM Central Time, we cannot guarantee it will begin processing until the next business day.  Orders placed on Friday after 10 AM Central Time, or on Saturdays, Sundays and Holidays will be processed within 48 hours of the next business day.  For any orders requiring customization (including but not limited to hemming), please allow up to 5 additional business days for processing.

Although we make every effort to keep sufficient stock of items listed on Blauer.com, occasionally we do sell out of certain products. If we are out of stock on an item that you've ordered, we will notify you via email. Any changes will be reflected in your order total.

 

Delivery Timeframes: 

Once your order has been processed and marked as shipped, you will receive it within the selected delivery timeframe unless an exception or delay occurs on the part of the shipping service.  Ground service orders without customization will arrive within 3-10 business days.  2nd Day service orders without customization will arrive within 2 business days.  Overnight orders without customization will arrive the next business day.  Please note that we do not deliver on Saturdays, Sundays or Holidays.  Please note: for AK/HI/US Territories, FedEx 2 Day is the only available shipping option.

FedEx 2nd Day® $24.99
FedEx Standard Overnight®  $39.99 or $74.99 (greater than 6 pieces and/or 6 lbs)
FedEx 2nd Day® (AK/HI/US Territories) $39.99 or $74.99 (greater than 6 pieces and/or 6 lbs)

Orders over $150 qualify for free ground shipping except for AK/HI/US Territories, which are excluded.  To receive this option if eligible, please select Free Ground Shipping during checkout.

All orders are shipped via FedEx.  A flat rate of $39.99 applies for ground shipping to Alaska and Hawaii as well as US Territories (note: orders with more than 6 items and/or weighing more than 6 lbs. will incur a $74.99 flat-rate pricing)   . 

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING (OUTSIDE THE UNITED STATES)

Blauer.com has partnered with a trusted third-party company, GlobalShopex.com, to fulfill orders for our international customers. Simply add any items you wish to purchase in your shopping cart and choose the International Checkout option. The items will automatically be transferred to the GlobalShopex cart. You may pay with international credit cards, PayPal and bank wire transfers. GlobalShopex will process your payment and guarantee delivery. Note: once a shipment leaves our facility, it is in the possession of the shipping service and becomes their responsibility.  As a result, Blauer cannot be held responsible for packages reported lost or stolen, and any claim against the value or items within a shipment must be filed with the carrier directly.  Most consumer packages from Blauer are shipped via Federal Express; their website for filing a claim may be found at Here on the FedEx page , or you may call them at 800-433-3339.  .
