Return & Exchange Policy

RETURN POLICY:

Blauer offers returns within 30 days for a full refund. Last Chance Outlet items, customized items and used items are final sale and cannot be returned.

Customers can return items with their preferred carrier or with a prepaid FedEx label. Shipping and handling charges of $9.99 or $29.99 (AK/HI/US Territories) will be deducted from your refund for use of our prepaid label. Refunds are credited to your original form of payment and may take up to 10 business days.

EXCHANGE POLICY:

Blauer offers a one-time complimentary exchange on full priced items. Exchanges are only eligible for items that are the same style and price and must be requested within 30 days. Outlet and sale items, customized items, used items, and items shipped to HI/AK/US Territories are not eligible for exchange.

WHAT ITEMS ARE NOT ELIGIBLE FOR RETURN?

  • Customized items (i.e. items with stock logos, hemming or added hoods).
  • Used items that have been worn, altered, laundered or no longer have tags or original packaging.
  • Last chance outlet items.
  • Items not purchased on Blauer.com. For returns of Blauer items not purchased through Blauer.com, please contact the retailer where the item was purchased.

Once an order is placed, we cannot guarantee cancellations or changes to an order. If you do need to make a request for cancellation or change, please contact customer service within one hour of placing your order, and we will work with you to make any accommodations possible. Requesting an order change could result in a 24-48 hour delay in processing and shipping your order.

If your cancellation or change cannot be accommodated, please follow our return and exchange policy. If you would like the add new items to your order, please place a new order at blauer.com.

LIMITATIONS:

  • Due to product revisions and stock turnover, images on the site may not exactly match items received.
  • Blauer does not offer price matching, or credit adjustments due to sales or price changes.
  • Authorized dealer, wholesale and agency accounts are subject to the return and exchanges policies subject to their account.
