Heavy-duty cotton fire uniforms remain standard issue for many departments as they offer classic comfort at an affordable price. NOMEX IIIA apparel is some of the most advanced protective fire gear on the market, and Blauer has made huge strides in recent years to make these garments breathable and flexible. Kermel viscose has the added advantage of guarding against harmful chemicals and acids one might encounter.
