Once I place my order, how soon will it be shipped out? 

Once your order has been placed, it will be processed and shipped within 2 business days.  If your order is placed after 1 PM, we cannot guarantee it will begin processing until the next business day.  Orders placed on Friday after 10 AM, Saturday, Sunday and Holidays will be processed within 48 hours of the next business day.  For any orders requiring customization, please allow an extra 3 business days for processing.

 

How will my order be delivered?  What type of shipping service? Fed Ex, etc. 

Once your order has been processed and marked as shipped, you will receive it within the selected delivery timeframe.  Ground service orders will arrive within 5-7 business days.  2nd Day service orders will arrive within 2 business days.  Overnight orders will arrive the next business day.  Please note that we do not deliver on Saturdays, Sundays or Holidays.

Do you accept international orders/shipping?  

Blauer.com has partnered with a trusted third-   party company, GlobalShopex.com, to fulfill orders for our international customers. Simply add any items you wish to purchase in your shopping cart and choose the International Checkout option. The items will automatically be transferred to the GlobalShopex cart. You may pay with international credit cards, PayPal and bank wire transfers. GlobalShopex will process your payment and guarantee delivery. Once your order is completed, all inquiries should be directed to GlobalShopex at customerservice@globalshopex.com or (786) 314-7144.

 

Do you offer Law Enforcement/military discounts?  

You may sign up for emails to get exclusive offers and updates from Blauer.

 

Is my order tax exempt?  

Blauer does not charge tax for online orders.

 

Can I add an item to my currently processing order? 

Blauer cannot make additions to online orders once the order is processed and a confirmation has been received.  If you would like to add new items to your order please place a new order at blauer.com.

 

Can I cancel my order? 

When you place an order on blauer.com, we act quickly to process your order right away. If you would like to change an item, change your shipping address, or cancel an entire order please call us as soon as possible at 855-439-7610 or live chat with one of our team members through our site. 

Due to our quick turn-around time there may be cases where we cannot change or cancel your order. In these cases please follow our return and exchange policy, stated above. Requesting an order change or cancellation could result in a 24-48 hour delay in processing and shipping your order

 

Can I return my order?  Can I exchange an item?  

This policy applies only to orders purchased through the Blauer.com website. Purchases made at retail locations or on other websites adhere to the policies of those stores and websites and must be handled through them.

For orders purchased on Blauer.com, returns and exchanges will apply only to items that have the original packaging or tags attached and are unaltered, unworn and have not been laundered. Please note all customized products (including but not limited to hemming and non stock logos) are final sale and not returnable.

 

RETURNS FOR REFUND

For normal or standard sale items, you may return items to Blauer within 14 days for refund if they meet the priorly stated criteria. Customers will have the choice to return item(s) with their preferred carrier or with a Blauer Prepaid FedEx label. Shipping and handling charges of $9.95 will be deducted from your refund for use of our prepaid label. 

You will receive credit back to the original payment method for the purchase price of the items, less shipping costs, if any apply. Please allow up to 10 business days for your credit to appear.

Outlet items have a 7 day return policy and require the same criteria to be met as standard items. 

 

RETURNS FOR EXCHANGE

For normal or standard sale items, you may return items to Blauer within 14 days for exchange if they meet the priorly stated criteria.

Blauer will send a complimentary prepaid label for return and re-order of the replacement item(s) one time per order.  For subsequent returns, customers will have the choice to return the item(s) with their preferred carrier or with a Blauer Prepaid FedEx label. Shipping and handling charges of $9.95 will apply for use of our prepaid label. 

Outlet items have a 7 day exchange policy and require the same criteria to be met as standard items.

Any price differences will be charged or credited to the original payment method upon approval of the exchange.

Can you ship to a P.O. Box?  

Blauer online purchases are shipped via Fed Ex and can only be delivered to a physical address.  We cannot ship to a P.O. Box.  Please see SHIPPING POLICY under the POLICIES tab at the bottom of the Blauer home page for DOMESTIC SHIPPING (OUTSIDE CONTINENTAL US) instructions and information.

 

Can my agency make a purchase with a PO?  

You may purchase directly from Blauer online via credit card only.  To purchase with a PO you may contact an authorized Blauer dealer.

 

Is there a dealer in my area?  

Please refer to the DEALER LOCATOR tab under the CUSTOMER SERVICE tab at the top of each page for assistance in locating the Blauer dealer nearest you.

 

How do I qualify for Free ground shipping?  

Orders over $100 qualify for free ground shipping.  To receive this option, please select Free Ground Shipping during checkout.  For domestic shipping outside the continental U.S. Free ground shipping does not apply.

 

Can I pick up at the Boston location? 

Blauer does not have a store front/retail location or warehouse in the Boston area.  All online orders will be shipped from our warehouse in MS.

 

Where will my package be shipping from and how long will it take? 

All online orders are shipped from the Blauer warehouse in MS.  Ground service orders will arrive within 5-7 business days.  2nd Day service orders will arrive within 2 business days.  Overnight orders will arrive the next business day.  Please note that we do not delivery on Saturdays, Sundays or Holidays.

 

Can the Blauer website price match? 

The Blauer website cannot price match with their current dealers or any unauthorized reseller.

 

Can I still get the expired promotional deal? 

Blauer online sales and promotions are for a limited time only and Blauer does not offer Rain checks on expired promotions/sales.

What is an outlet item?  

All Blauer Outlet products are brand new top quality garments that have been discontinued from our stock product line, unless otherwise noted.  This means that we can offer huge discounts on this gear and equipment, but once the product is sold out, inventory will not be replenished. 

 

How Can I get a catalog?

If you are an end-user or agency representative within the continental United States, Hawaii or Alaska and would like a hard copy of our current catalog, please refer to the CUSTOMER SERVICE tab on the Blauer homepage, select CATALOGS from the drop down menum and fill in the required fields.

How can I customize my purchase with my department logo, emblem, striping, etc? 

Blauer products are easily customized and altered to fit your needs and the needs of your department. To customize your Blauer purchase, you must go through an authorized Blauer dealer. Can I customize my online order?

No, at this time item customization is only available for purchase through authorized Blauer dealers. 

 

What options are available for customization? 

We offer different customization options for all of our products. Below is a complete list of customization options, if you have a question regarding personalization options for a specific product contact your local dealer or sales representative. 

Shirt Customization

Badge Tab: Badge tabs may be sewn on to eligible shirts, sweaters, and outerwear. Standard placement is on the left chest vertically. Standard size is 2 ½” by 1” with two metal eyelets space 1 3/8” center to center. Sweater badge tabs must be specified for sweater customization. 

Emblems: Customer supplied emblems may be sewn on. Standard emblem placement is 1” down from shoulder seam. If only one shoulder emblem, standard placement is left sleeve. Badge emblems are centered over badge eyelets or sewn in place of badge tab. Standard chevron placement is ½” below the bottom of the shoulder emblem with the point facing up. 

Epaulets: Epaulets, shoulder pieces, may be sewn on. 

Logo: Heat transfer reflective graphic logos may be applied. Many stock graphics are available for reflective vests, shirts, and accessory products, including POLICE, SHERIFF, STATE POLICE, TROOPER, SECURITY, etc. Please inquire for custom lettering or graphic logos. 

Mic Tab: Microphone tabs may be sewn on. 

Additional Pockets: Pencil pockets, radio pockets, or an additional loose pocket may be sewn on eligible items. 

Tie Bar: Tie bar tab may be used with certain products

Start of Life: Star of Life reflective graphic or emblem may be applied. 

Pant Customization

Hemming: Hemming is available on trousers. We hem trouser ½” longer than requested to accommodate shrinkage after laundering. 

Striping: Braid or cloth striping may be sewn on.

Cut-In Pockets: Rear billy, sides, watch or front pockets may be added to certain pant styles. 

Scotchlite Suspenders: For outerwear pants, a Scotchlite safety package may be applied for added visibility. 

Outerwear Customization

Emblems: Customer supplied emblems may be sewn on. Standard emblem placement is 1” down from shoulder seam. If only one shoulder emblem, standard placement is left sleeve. Scotchlite: Scotchlite Safety Package may be applied.
