Warranty

Blauer garments are made with the highest quality materials and craftsmanship in the industry. We are confident enough in the quality and durability of our products that we stand behind them with the best warranty in the industry.

All Blauer outerwear, rainwear, and accessories (excluding single-use items) are covered under our 3-YEAR warranty from time of purchase against defects in material and craftsmanship.

All Blauer shirts and trousers are covered under our 1-YEAR warranty from time of purchase against defects in materials and craftsmanship.

If you have purchased a Blauer product and find it to be defective, please bring the garment to the authorized distributor that you purchased it from for prompt warranty service. Your distributor will evaluate the issue and, if the garment is still under warranty, will replace or repair your garment free of charge.

WARNING - Blauer does not offer warranty service for any Blauer products purchased from unauthorized distributors and can't guarantee the authenticity of such products. For a list of authorized Blauer dealers in your state, please contact your local sales rep or visit the Purchase section of our website.

All Blauer products come with care instructions. Please follow these instructions at all times to insure the durability and performance of your purchase. If you have additional questions regarding garment care, please call our customer service department at 800-225-6715 between the hours of 8:30 A.M. to 4:30 P.M. EST Monday through Friday.
